Harnessing Stress Energy

We are big fans of Kelly McGonigal!  This TED Talk of hers is a different take that on the typical view of stress.  It highlights the importance of mental training and attitude shift as a way of harnessing stress energy.  At The Open Fort we think there are creative and productive ways of approaching stressful situations.  Here’s one of them!
